  • Service Quality Issues: If the problem persists after the repair or the furniture continues to malfunction, you may qualify for a refund.
  • Incorrect Service: If the wrong repair was performed or the issue was not accurately addressed, a refund may be issued.
  • Damage During Repair: If your furniture is damaged during the repair process, we will provide a full refund or carry out additional repairs at no extra cost.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Customer-Induced Damage: Refunds will not be issued if the furniture is damaged by the customer after the service or if undisclosed issues contributed to the problem.
  • Third-Party Repairs: Refunds will not be provided if the furniture has been serviced by another provider after our repair.
